Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust
2-3 T of Italian Cheese and Herb Cooking Cream (more or less depending how much you like)
4-5 large thin slices of tomatoes, or 1/2-3/4 cup grape tomatoes thinly sliced
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Top the pizza crust with the cooking cream, then tomatoes, then cheese. Bake at 350 10-15 min. I like my crust crispy, so I tend to keep it in a little longer. Enjoy!!!
