  1. I was drawn to your site because you are here in Birmingham, AL.  I think I may have an allergy to gluten.  I have been on a very restricted diet that didn't allow much if any gluten in it–not for Celia Disease, but weight loss.
    I found that I had problems with my stomach when I added bread or gluten products back into my life–so I am seriously interested in this type of eating.  🙂
